Another Great Mountain Bike Season
The club had a successful 2012 mountain season, finishing up 8th out of 31 participating schools in the conference. Nathaniel Williams earned 3rd in the Overall Omnium and 2nd in the XC Omnium while Adam Gagne took several gravity wins. Many new members had a blast and are already looking forward to next season. The season was capped off with Collegiate Nationals in Angel Fire, NM. Adam Gagne, Nathaniel Williams, Mike Smith and Kyle Missaggia all had respectable results in deep Division I fields. Thanks to Scott Sports, the club now has a mountain and road bike for club members to use if they wish to try out the sport, or if their current bike breaks mid-season. Road season will be here before we know it!
